Put a new steering rack and pinion on, got new tie rod ends. Can't get the old tie rod ends off the old rack, they are seized on there good. How could I measure the new ones close enough to get me to an alignment shop (1hr away).

Can you measure the center-to-center distance between the old tie rod ends? That's probably what I would do. I've also measured the distance between two tire treads at the front and back of the tires to get reasonably close to toe.
