There's one in the Pick-N-Pull in San Jose, CA. I was just there this morning.

I'm trying to find an alternative for this part but haven't found anything yet. I did not see any new or refurbished ones anywhere online.

If 16500-pj0-a61 is ours; not sure if the pictures are correct.

yeah for the 89 LXi its the top pic...
Other idea is if you think yours is faulty is block off the holes for the time being.

I'm not seeing any mechanical FIV replacements but I had an idea i am investigating. I wonder if the throttle body can be swaped with a newer unit, one that has the EACV or FIV mounted directly on the throttle body. Then we could block off the original FIV and/or EACV ports.
It looks like these engines B16 B18 H22A F22A share a similar throttle body bolt pattern. Not sure if its exactly the same.
1992-1995 Prelude might be the closest match. They still sell new FIV and EACV for those cars

Buy the gaskets and check the similarity
I thought about retrofitting a 90-93 accord FIV to my A20A3 throttle body with an aluminum block as an adaptor to align holes etc. Not sure if anyone has done this before....
I just went to autozone and compared ours with an 1992 Honda Prelude 2.2L which is the H22 engine and it matched exactly. Now there are two gaskets and i really don't know which one is which, im guessing the throttle body comes apart in two pieces and thats most likely the gasket that has all the extra weird shapes and not just the plain circle (as pictured below) for the throttle body. im still looking into it.
The autozone part i selected was a Felpro TBI Base Gasket 60778
I'd love to try it but we dont have any preludes in the junkyards around here. I think it would work, the TPS (throttle position sensor) may be a different style plug and may have to be swapped out.

Are you positive that you got the h22 gasket? The prelude came with the sohc f22a also in the prelude s model, which uses the 60778, as does the a20, afik the h22 uses the 60973. The fiv is mounted on the intake, similar to ours, on the f22, and on the throttle body on the h22. The throttle body you linked looks like the f22 part and there is no fiv on it, whereas the ebay one you linked previously was an h22, it said it in the description and if you look at the back side it pretty clearly uses that 60973 gasket, and it did have the fiv on it. I don't see any reason to swap on the f22 tb. The fiv on the f22 might be easier to find though, it came in 4th gen accords, it just needs adapted.
Here is the diagram for the f22 prelude
Here is the diagram for the h22 prelude
I got the 60778 gasket turned around, so this pic should be a good comparison now and I added part numbers and the crv gasket. I cant say the dimensions are 100% accurate, but it still looks like the bolt holes are slightly off in the 60778, cant scale it to fit at all. If you wanted to search junk yards you could also look for b series cars. I think the crv, which uses a 60979 gasket is the same dimensions as the 61067, might it a lot easier to find parts.
Also... couldnt we just swap intakes to a b series?
