Maybe it's better to have it in Messy's neck of the woods due to the parade. I think during the last Gay Pride Parade in SF, there were like a million people in town. I even thought we could meet in Sacramento at Land Park or something but then Messy's car wouldn't make it and it may be too far with gas prices being what they are. And then even with Picopop having his family over, if it's nearby like near Messy, he may still be able to make it and get back to do stuff with his family still. If all else fails, where's the nearest Wal-Mart parking lot?

i was thinking something like the foster city costco parking lot...there is also alot of fast food places like carls jr, mcdonalds, tacobell, pizza hut, boston market, starbucks, jamba juice, noas bagels, even ihop and baja fresh....all within like 5 mins away....we can go by the levy and take pics...also there are BBQ pits at this one park i know...i wont get off work till 4pm

I'm not familiar with the Foster City Costco but if that's where we're meeting, OK. We could potentially have 6 vehicles IF the following people showed: 84accord, ghettogeddy, picopop, frantik, messyhonda, Stock89LXi/89StockLXi. And whoever wants to meet up in SF before heading out to another location can do so, too, or come with us back to SF later for beach shots...or whatever. I'm not putting geddy's suggestion about meeting for BBQ at Pico's aside, mind you. I don't know that Pico's family would be ready for us folks and it really may be an imposition as family things tend to get kinda touchy. It's cool -- we only have about 53 hours to decide if we're to meet at 4PM Sunday. lol

Well, since the website's database was not working for the longest time, and I didn't have anybody's contact info, I decided to go to the Ocean Beach Safeway here in the City to see if anybody showed up around 3:30PM. Then I proceeded to Foster City's Costco and got there exactly at 4PM and left around 5:10PM. There was a fantastic 2G there!! It was a beige 1983!! Really well cared for! I didn't take a pic of it though...
I took a few shots at the back of the Costco parking lot. After I figure out how to post the pics (haven't in a long time...), I'll do so later.
I think we should meet up on July 12 or July 13. There should be no parade in San Francisco unless it's a parade of 3Gs. Anybody up for that?

I think I'll pass on the camping. I'm allergic to too many things out in the wilderness. My idea of camping is a hotel without room service. lol But seriously, I'm dying to meet up with some folks before summer is gone...please?!? I just went to Foster City today because I was getting "meet withdrawal" and hoping some bods would be there...It's OK, I now know where the Costco is!

Thanks for your apology. It's OK, I should have also gotten everybody's contact info. It was just wishful thinking that maybe someone would show up. You couldn't have known. The website had a database error message so I just winged it out to Foster City. It was cool. I hope you had at least some fun today with your family. Family is important (even if you may not get along with them all, hehe).
