This question has been asked before.....some people replied saying that they were pretty shitty. But usually you get what you pay for so it makes sense. There are a limited amount of companies out there making springs, and I mean actually making the springs, not distributing them. The machine that makes the springs is very expensive is the reason why. That is why ground control coilovers use eibach springs.

so there is no good substitute for the ground controls....okay then...
Ground Control w/ Koni fronts and tokico rears are pretty good set up if you dont wanna spend the extra loot for koni rears.
