My 2 12" L7s and upgraded to 13.5" W7 87 Accord LXi

Whats up. Im new here ;P (see newbie thread in newbie section)

Heres my audio setup


87 Accord LXi 4 Door.
Dynamat all over trunk
Fronts: 6.5 Diamonda Audio Hex Series Silk Tweeters
Amp: PPI PCX 2200 200RMSx2 channel @4 ohms

Rears: Old school MBQUARTS Q Series (Tweeters embedded in the middle)
Amp: Old School Punch 4080 DSM (back when rockford was still good) 80rms X 2@4 ohms

Optima Yellow Top. Dual 4 Gauge Wiring. 100AMP ANL FUSE and 80AMP AGU FUSE
PPI Fuse Distribution Box
Alpine MP3, Sony EQ

13.5 JL AUDIO W7 in a Ported BOX
JL AUDIO 1000.1 Amp
Two 1 Farad Caps.

I had to get custom mounts for the Diamond 6.5 Hex Components because the magnets were TOOO big (deep).

The custom mounts look hilarious, but useful. A little better than my Baltic Birch/Fiberglass mounts I had in my '89.

If I were to make any suggestions, it would be to ditch the caps, flip the box around so that the sub is pointing towards the trunk, and then upgrade your underhood wiring (battery - to chassis, engine to chassis, and alternator + to battery +).

Looks awesome otherwise! I'm jealous of the 13W7, there really isn't anything out there that can touch it, but it's way too expensive. You can get 95% of the performance for 60% of the price.
