    Should i buy Konig 17's for $500?

A guy i know said he would sell me his 17" Konigs with tires off his 96 honda civic for $500, the rims have the 4 lug bolt pattern (i havent seen the rims) , does it sound like a goood deal??? does anyone know if they would fit my car, does anyone know if rims off a 96 honda civic would fit our 3rd gens? He said he would throw in a brand new Spoiler and side skirts from his civic, i doubt they would fit, maybe with some modifications.....

the konigs should fit....I just had a set of Konigs, which i no longer have, but they have the 4 bolt pattern which can fit 2 different offsets.

just because they are 4 lug doesnt mean they fit. they have to be the same offset (4-100) to fit our cars. unless they fit two different offsets like the young man above described. so you may want to do the homework on that before making the purchase, or trying them on first.

ya, thats what i meant..........the 4 lug doesnt mean its gonna fit, but the konigs that i had did have 8 holes.........4 for one offset, 4 for the other.

1988 to 2000 civic ='s 4x100mm bolt pattern. Stock offset for ALLOY's is most allways 42mm

However, these are aftermarket rims so,...you need to have one of them removed from the car and look on the inside of the rim. Which should not be a problem for someone wanting to make the sale. Look for the stamp that tells you it's offset, it will either show mm or a funny looking symbol like JJ.

What size and make of tire is comming with them?
