Dashboard question

Well someone broke into my car... broke the window and stole the radio. However when they took out the radio they really ripped off and broke all the parts for the ac/heat and buttons. They also totally destroyed the area where the radio is and all the plastic around it.. so I can never put a new one in. The question is.. it looks like the dashboard can actually come off in pieces. I just want to replace the dash where the radio is ... is that possible?

no the dash comes out in one piece, you are better off to go to a junkyard and find another dash. I would be interested in seeing if the dash can be disassembled once it's out. I was wanting to recover one in leather. i can't remember if it's plastic rivets holding it together, or how they put the sections together. would have to be put back together,but thats no problem.
