    alimani and hifonics

    are they any good?
    and how bout 15in hifonic goliath speakers are they crap?

    hifonics is a good brand. they have been around for a while.
    I am not sure about almani, i neer heard of them till now.

    hmm i knew this guy did know what he was talking bout
    have you hered of cerwin vega strokers? there on ebay for 500 and there 2k wats rms should i be carefull because it says they retail for 1500 and im getting a pair for 500 but the seller has 3k sells and they are mostly positive

    i got some almani 6by9s....they sound alright....but i would not get subs....they are just alpine knock offs even comes in the blue/ purple box like alpine. mine are rated for 225watts each speaker and like 90RMS....i would not push em more than half of that...lol i think my friend had 2 12s almanis and an amp he sold it for 300...with box....they go for cheap....

    nice reviews
    i like the goliaths i first saw 15s and there to big but thanks to you i found 12s hopefull i can get them cheap and it wont be a piece of shyt
    i want something that will hit hard like "10 block away heard" you know?
    ok well mybe not 10 blocks but i want something loud
    what do you recomend?

    strokers are classics, they've been around for a while, the old versions came in 12, 15, and 18" and were rated at 1000, 1200, and 1600 RMS. They have the extra suspension (spider) in the middle of the cone. I believe you could preload the cone's rest position forward or backwards for SPL tweaking.

    The new ones are probably louder and handle more power. I think they look goofy as hell :lol

    they dont last long from wat i hear (or is tha eclips?) i know one has better quility and the other hits harder but doesnt last to long

    my other friend has 2 10 inch solo x......they are like 3 years old and they still pound hard.

    well for one a 15 is way to much of a speaker get a single 10 or 12, eather alpine type r or kicker soloberic
