who can rebuild a turbo?

Jesus can. Theres a guy up here in Bellingham that does. You could probally do it your self too its not that hard, its really strait forward, I rebult my buddys 16g.

rebuilding it is easy, rebuilding to OEM tolerances isnt easy. id recommend www.blaastperformance.com for any turbo rebuilds, he gives a 6 month warrenty on all his work. he would also be able to tell you if somethings wrong with your turbo. when he rebuilds them, he also balances them. in the end, if you get him to rebuild it, you know your getting a quality product back

you can try local diesel mechanics. they deal with turo diesels all the time and one of them should be able to help you locally.

what size is it, T3 42/48, 60/63? 60/48? How bad is the shaft play? Do you have any in-out shaft play or just side to side?

T3 42/48 it has some in and out but almost no side to side
