fog light switch wires-typical noob $#!+

I just got this fog light switch off ebay the listing said it was for rear fog lights but it was like 6 $ so I just bought it.

Can anyone tell me what these wires are for? or if I can even use this for my front fogs?

right now I have some bosch fogs on my ride and the only two wires that go to the switch are the ground and the wire that goes to the relay.

never seen a foglight switch for a accord that looks like that (but then again you said rear fogs) im just gonna guess that the black wire is ground, red/black wire is for the park lights & the other 2 are for left/right foglights?

It was shipped from europe so I really dont know what it came off of. But it looked like ours (and was listed as for a 3g accord) except the fog symbol faces the opposite direction.

Maybe it has a relay built into it ?

You can use a 9 volt battery and test it out with an ohm meter. I would very much guess that the black is the ground wire but euro and Honda you never no.

That looks just like mine, so it's probably from any EDM 3g with rear fogs, not necessarily from an aerodeck... Can't help with the wires tho, never had mine out.

if it's edm it means the rear red fog lamps in the rear bumper, those aren't high current you you would need a relay.
