lol i have like 3 hoods now and my friend pained his brake calipers green and wanted to paint my hood so i let him paint that one for the hell of it lol

yea the same guy that painted the hood cam up with the idea lol and now i just got to bolt them down

Ooo, if the valve cover is clean with no chipping on your parts car I would be interested in that :p My vc is all chipped, I could take it off and paint it but that would require me to not be lazy after work lol.

UPDATE

last night i got the parts car motor just about running. i took the distributor off my car switched it with the one on the parts car and changed a fuse and everything works now the only thing keeping it from running now is there is now gas and i now is comming through the gas lines. it has like 3/4 a tank but i dont wanna use that gas cause its been sitting for 5 years. so i need to fix the fuel pump and got good gas in it and hope the car starts and if it does then swap the motors and sell what ever is left

ok so i went out to pull the fuel pump out and checkout to see how bad the gas in the tank was and when i pulled the fuel pump out i found this.....





yea so now i gotta drop the gas tank and clean it and put good gas in it and put the fuel pump from my car in the parts car and then i should be run.

I would drive the parts car, swap the 5 speed into it and use it, it's in better condition...

and i guess ill check it, fuck it ill take the one off my car cause i broke it and replace it like maybe 3 months ago so i can just throw that one on there along with my simi new starter, alternator, and valve cover gasket

well in the pic thats got a timing belt in it, you can see that the belt is missing prob 20 teeth.

o yea that one forgot bout that pic.that pile of stuff and the hood is junk im not using it. thats the timing belt i replaced, i fucked it up so i got a good one in blown motor

how hard is that. cause i agree it is but im not really a good mechanic. this is the first car i work on and if i can get the title i might just drive it as an auto until i get back from basic ( i leave in august get back end November ) and then swap transmissions.

well, you really just need to swap the trans, pedals, clutch cable, axles, shifter, center console and probably the ecu, someone can correct me if i'm wrong, or have left anything out
