I found it in russian honda forum and just tryed. Results are fine!
And you spend money only for carb cleaner (3-5 $).
If you know russian you may look at http://www.hondamotor.ru/board/index.php?showtopic=5302&hl=%D2%C2%DD%CB%C2&st=0
Here I' ll try to explane it. It will save you a couple of bucks.

1. Take out injector (It's very easy).
2. Take any carb cleaner (spray can) and connect it to the injector.
3. Use any DC 12 V, 250-300 mA (not more then 2 A)power supply or battery. Do not use car battery or you will burn out your injector!
4. Connect power supply to the injector contacts (us I understand polarity doesnt matter). It's better to use button switch.
5. Just spray carb cleaner into injector. In closed position it should not leak.Press switch and open injector for few seconds. Repeat it as many times as you want.
6.For better results leave injector with carb cleaner inside for 2-3 hours and repeat all the procedure.

I question the 12 volt thing since our resistors use a resistor box. I would think it would burn them out myself even with the low amp supply.

I am not 100% sure about 12V, maybe it's better to check it out again.
But I used 12 V supply and it worked.
Maybe I'm lucky!
OK, this weekend I'll check injector resistance, voltage and amp.
Or some of you can do it and post it today?

I ll try. Im not sure how low my meter reads amp wise.

why not to use an Injector Cleaner Canister-Type like OTC or others ???

I clean my injectors that way at 40-45 PSI and work well. Its fast and easy (cheap if you have acces to a Injector cleaner, no need to get new rings every time)

I have never cleaned mine and they lasted for over 210K miles. When I replaced them due to leaking they looked almost as good as new. On the power supply thing, if you use a low amp supply you will not be able to give the injector enough power to destroy them. I don't know what the current limit is but you can figure it out by knowing the resister value and limit the current to what the resistors limit it to. I=E/R

well looks like it was reading .10 amp and lower with the car running. I can't find the instruction sheet to see how low its rated for DC amp wise.

Yes 12 v and say 500mA could be very high if our injectors run are running say 1 volt is what I am getting at.

I didnt poke around and take any voltage readings today just no time.

EDIT: on page 12-57 the resistance should be 5-7 ohms at the box and im pretty sure the injectors themselves should be 1.5-2.5 ohms and mine checked out at about 2.5 ohms a few years ago. Somebody smart figure that out plz and I will goto work.

Soo I=E/R .10= E/6 ohms+2.5 ohms E= .85 volts Anyone??

this is what chilton manual had to say about testing the injectors:

"Bench testing of the injectors can only be done using expensive special equipment. Generally this equipment can be found at a dealership and sometimes at a well-equipped machine or performance shop. There is no provision for field testing the injectors by the owner/mechanic. DO NOT attempt to test the injector by removing it from the engine and making it spray into jar.
Never attempt to check a removed injector by hooking it directly to the battery. The injector runs on a lower voltage and the 12 volts from the battery will destroy it internally."

Actually, you don't even need any power supply. You may just pour carb cleaner into injector and leave it for a couple of hours. Then just click the injector some times using a match.
Maybe it's not so effective but it also works.
