Ideally you'd want to get solid bushings, but you probably have to make your own. You can pick up the generic urethane bushings at autozone and those'll be a lot better than 20 year old rubber bushings.

yeah they have a CRX swaybar kit that almost fits our cars. you need to trim them and get them to work all nice and stuff.

the end links are generic Honda ones.

well when i got my hands on an se-i sway bar i bought the sway bar bushings from www.p-s-t.com. great bushings no squeks and they dont deflect (theyre made out of polygraphite). I got the sway bar bushings for the 1990-93 integra(22mm $10 for the pair) and the endlinks for the 84-87 civic/crx kit(it includes the endlinks thats why you need to buy both kits seperatly) for $25. Awsome swaybar bushings dude i highly recomend them and all they cost me was 35 bucks.:)
i got them in and all i can say is wow it handles like it should it doesnt sway like a caddy does lol the old bushings pretty much fell apart as i was taking them off. now i want to get a hold of a rear sway bar i bet it would handle even better
Try to find an Acura Vigor rear bar; by far the best bang for the buck since you can find them at the j/y.
