well shit, that should be on my list of to dos! looks pretty simple. i think i will try this when i get a new system. if i do this i would want to get 4 bad ass 6.5 speakers and then the nice tweeters to be somewhat built in looking as you did. i guess i could also get some bad ass 6x9s for the back shelf and just power them by an amp off the outputs. i think that is one of the coolest things cuz i had always thought about doing that. i thought about that when i had taken the speaker grilles off the front and saw what it looked like.

ok, ok, so i messed up, didnt read it right, big deal, but if your gonna bother typing out the directions for me to look and "quoting" and other flaming, then thats your fault it actually takes more to type out "read the damn how to Koney!!" than it does to say "87 hatch", so if it bothers u guys so much to just supply a little help, than u must be awfully tired of all that extra typing required to say how stupid someone is for asking....

Re: A How to put Speaker Covers in Back doors

It's hard to put any 3-way speakers in there with the bigger magnets, so I use this trick instead to have a vent for my sirens for my alarm system. The sirens are installed sideways on the lower parts of the inside rear doors. Stealthy, so the thieves don't know what to expect or know where the loud NOISES are coming from.
