SOCAL/ORANGE COUNTY MEET sep 24

ok, ok im new to this site and i started one thread, some people there want to have a meet for socal members, particulaly orange county, but of course everyone is welcome (by that i mean san diego, riverside, so on and so forth). I was thinking somewhere in the middle of oc, like orange or anaheim. both are close to me but of course majority rules, so whatever you guys want. i was thinking at Century 25 theaters in Orange. its right behind the anaheim pond on Katella right before Main street. its a big parking lot so i think it would be cool. if not someone mentioned at the top floor of the La brea Mall parking lot.

I would say, since its a saturday to do it in the evening. or afternoon, so people that have something to do during the night dont have to cancel their plans.

SO WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK? ARE YOU UP FOR IT? of course time and place arent set in stone so suggestions are welcome. Ill get a list going of people that are going to attend.

SO COME ON GUYS HIT THIS THREAD UP!!!!!!!

I guess we could meet up at the brea mall parking lot. I think we can get some good pics if we go at night tho(cause the lot will be empty). That theater would be cool too. I know there should be a couple of more guys interested in this.

well ill call a couple of guys and see if they want to go. Either that or let this sit for a week and im sure everyone in this area will see it and have some sort of response.

hell yeah count me in. i just hope my car is done. i just dropped a new tranny in. well not new but used from the junk yard and a new ACT stage three clutch. well the clutch works great but the tranny ended up being even worse than the one that was originally in there. and now i have a massive grinding sound that only happens when the rpm is at around 2k. i dont know if its the tranny or if i am about to spin a rod bearing. hopfuly its just the tranny cuz i am trading the the new one back for another one. if i put the third tranny in and its still there then i got to save for my new pistons and rods and the rest of my bottom end. but if all goes well, i'll definitly be there.

im going to bring my 01 civic along with the 3g. and i think i may have some, non honda owners that want to come. my friend has an E36 M3 and another guy with a 300zx. but dont know if they're going for sure.

anyone else bringing other people. I dont think it has to be all 3g's but of course we're going to leave them out of the pics! lol fvck them

Hopefully i can get my idle problem situated.. It's really buggin'. Its not really a problem, per-say, but it idles roughly under 1000 rpms and it sucks. Haha.. I should be able to fix it though. Just going to take a bit more work.

no objections here. like i said, i dont see why people with other types of cars cant show. i mean it is a meet especifically for 3geez but all sorts of tuners are welcome. cant wait to see the lude man, i was waiting for one at work, but it got sold before i could get a look at it.
