    Turning radius/Diameter

I have a '89 LXi coupe (owned 5 years). Anyone else notice how poor the turning radius (diameter curb to curb) is. Is it just me, when I make a u-turn on a residential street many times (most) I need to do a 3-point turn. Other cars I drive and own I do not notcie this issue.

Is there something wrong or is it just the car. - Thanks

I dunno dude. I think they have a pretty good turning radius. Probably one of the smallest of all the cars i've driven (and thats a lot, since I work at a Ford dealership).

I agree. The radius is good. Some newer cars like the Camry have smaller turning radii but for it's time it was very good.

the exact turning radius is 34.8 ft lock to lock. Atleast you dont have a Noble lol. anyway, 30 ~ 35 is the standard turning radius these days.
