No, mine doesn't but I know that is a problem for some people who repair their speedo's.
Mine does it a lil bit,usually the first ten minutes of driving..
yeah mine does too but only when i feather the gas. at a constant speed it will stay still.
Mine did before I replaced the speedo cable. I pulled the inner cable (from the transmission end) a couple of times to lube it because it was squeaky when cold, but I got sick of messing with it and just replaced the whole cable.
Mine did before and after replacing the speedo cable. Replacing the cable did improve it a little though.

pretty normal for old cars. you could grease the speedo cable if you wanted, but it really doesnt hurt you. mine does it especially if its cold.
Keep it HONDA. Or at least Asian.™
