Like the title says, post comments/questions/phrases that people have said about your car. I've gotten quite a bit of funny one's myself.

Here's some that I've gotten:

1. At a gas station paying for gas:
Gas Station Lady- That's a nice BMW you got there
Me- Its a Honda, but thanks
Gas Station Lady- Oh well whatever it is, its nice

2. At a gas station again, a guy comes running over to my car, excited as hell and says.....

"Excuse me, what year is this car. I LOVE this body style, but I don't know the year. I'm looking for something like this."
I say: "Its a '89"
He gives a face of confusion, and says "Really, its an '89? It looks good. Thank you". Then he gives the car a walk-around and then walks away.

3. "Does your car have turbo?"

4. I roll up to my parking spot at school and get out. The guy that parks next to me says "Dude, your car is sick."

5. Deer jumps out in front of me while I was taking my girlfriend home. She says "Well at least we know your brakes work good."

i get unusual comments, like is that a real altimeter? and why is it in there? i also get the usual wtf is wrong with your paint?(i guess some people don't understand the concept of getting a car ready for paint) .
I also get a lot of do you race it? which i have to reply over and over,no it's a street car. i don't race on the street.
i aslo get a lot of,i wish i had kept mine!!
also it's an 86? no way!! i didn't know they made cars like that in 86
i also got asked one time if it was a delorean? which i still can't figure out

1." whats that thing on the back of the engine" local car meet, someone asking about the carb

2" so when did the civic come with flip up headlights" someone at a local store makeing a coment

3" i thought you said it was a 89?" the guy comeing to pick up the car to take it to the scrap yard

4" this thing musta been fast on the track" same guy picking up the car for the scrap yard as he looked over all my pulled parts

yes, he was asking lots of questions and such. you gotta remember the car was from florida but i had driven it to maine for a 4 month job, hondas in maine normaly dont last more then 8-9 years due to body rust from the salt on the roads in the winter, i think the no rust clean paint thing shocked him the most

I pop the hood to show bro in law, (me)" I go rid of all that crap, shaved the head, ported the intake, weber carb, Dc header, trimmed up the exhaust ports." (bro in law) "Why?".. I just looked at him, he is UAW by the way.
Twice now, one worse than the other, this chick is going psycho behind me on the interstate, holding her ears like she is nucking futs, she was scary... I get looks all the time about the sound, which to me, it isnt that bad, it has NO rasping or fart sound, but sounds kinda like a calf calling its momma thru an empty wrapping paper roll, about like a crotch rocket but much less intense and less rpm.
Oh and comments by members here, both good and less favorable.
