would our springs fit in a 88 civic?

taken out shocks (havnt done front ones yet) i wanna know if these rear shocks would fit in a 88 civic? this shape:

yeah, she takes big people around heaps of places which ther weight has warn the springs so bad that she needs new ones, and these ones i figure would be stronger being in a bigger car

if they do, the car would probably scrape the floor lol. if im correct the civic's struts and springs are taller right?

if im wrong on the above statement....then they just dont fit
