PICS of the Accord lowered and with JDM tails 56k beware.

Alright I finally got the pics uploaded. Now the trunklid jdm tails are in the mail so I should be getting those shortly.

Side shot with the flip top trunk still installed (not installed with my new trunk though)

These beauties are for sale but I'm not sure how much yet.

These babies are not for sale

And like I said before the front lip is not going to stay on I just felt like doing while I was waiting on parts for lowering the car. The rear mazda 626 lip is going to stay on though. I have a modified crx lip for the front

What do you guys think? I haven't put the JDM spoiler on yet b/c I want to make a mold for it so I can make some replicas for you guys.

    -Mike

Re: PICS of the Accord lowered and with JDM tails 56k beware.

Yep I made the hood with my dad. It's sheet metal, it would be really badass if it were CF though.

Yeah my accord has some cancer. This spring it's going to undergo some chemotheropy treatments in my dad's shop

No, but seriously I bought replacement oem rocker panels already so I just need to weld them in place of the crap I have now. It's a MN car so rust is expected.

The rear lip is off of an early 90's mazda 626. I obviously had to do some cutting and still need to paint it.

The front lip that I have on now is the dreaded landscaping stuff that you can get at the home improvement store It really looks hot when your at a distance but right up close it just looks fugly IMO.

Thanks for all your comments, very much appreciated.

And I will get back to you about the corner lights b/c I'm not sure what the going rate is for JDM corners this year.

And that's a sassy pair of beagles you got there, do they make a lot of noise?

Of course I'm lazy. If I wanted to work on my car I'd have gotten a DSM

They wouldn't be Beagles if they didn't howl. They're pretty decent dogs but sometimes they don't want to listen. Pretty much anytime they smell food

I love the JDM tailights, but hate the fact that if you have an 88 or 89, you have to change to the 86-87 trunklid. Anyways, the car looks good. That hood makes the car look MEAN. One thing though: I dont like how the whole muffler is showing in the back. Too much of it is showing. It just doesnt look right.

Yeah that hood is freckin' awesome mike. Where'd you get it? I was thinking of making a one of one of Carbon fiber by chopping the raised area off of a Mustang and putting it on our hood and then making that the mold for the CF but, if the aftermarked already makes one then I'm sure it'd be better then anything I'd do.

Yeah, I was going to say, when did the hood go on? So far so good Mike. Always an inspiration to the carbed fellas. Have you ran recently or gotten any times or numbers as far as performance? I'm curious.

That's got to be the cleanest living DX I've ever seen.
