Body kits are basically just put on over the stock bumper right? I was looking at some cars in our local paper and a few that caught my eye had body kits on them (my interests were for other reasons, not the body kits obviously), and I thought if it's a simple matter of pulling off the kit and having the stock equipment underneath, I might look at one or two of them.
body kits are designed not to cover the stock pieces but to replace them.
yeah, if the car has a bodykit, and its done professionally, it would probably be molded onto the body, and have mods to the body, not just the bumper....

(good point about basically buyin the bumper if i hit it.... just vandalize it at night. lol. jk, i wouldnt do that, cause thats messed up, my 3g had spraypaint all over it one mornin, and that was a pain in the butt to get off. so i would feel bad if i screwed over someones car....... lol)

This morning when I was parking at college I saw this riced out civic with the same ass on it!!! It looks bad in the picture, but once you get in person it looks even worse. He had some mesh grill in the holes though, so he bought it for performance not looks.

Yeah my buddies mom....let me rewind that for you <<mom seiddub ym haeY, Yeah my buddies MOM has that kit on her DC. She got it from Extreme Dimensions, they called it BMX as to mimic the Bomex kit. It looks like trash and her car went from decent DD to gay ricey Integra all the other Teg's laugh at during class.
