someone tried them on here but they looked like ass. plus they only sell the outer ones so there is no point in having amber ones inside and whites outside.

Why would they not sell the inside lamp too? WTF?!? How lame is that. So it's only useful if you're going to shave the decklid and remove the inner lights...
yea i had a feeling that they only give u the outer ones cuz i did not see the inside ones on there wtf why am i goin to get the outer ones and have the car look like shit.
prolly cause theyd have to sell the entire center part, but i dont see why they cant sell just the lense tho
i love those style lights... i wanna convert mine like that soon, since my left tail light's cracked ta hella anyways haha... too bad they only sell tha outside part... oh well, jus gives me more reason ta customize more ish haha
the center piece is changed depending on the year and market. for 1988-89, USDM trunk lids were modified so the black thing between the lights wasn't so big
probably didnt want to bother with the manufacture of a part that was only gonna match 2 years

No.. the 88-89 USDM trunklid has a smaller black center piece, and the lid is fitted for this smaller piece
compare this pic with the pic above with the clear tails. you can see the center lights are smaller and the black thing is wider on the 86-87
I had 'em on for a while but decided they don't match: the red is too bright and the wrong shade. Buyer beware. I say smoke 'em instead.
yeah those hella don't match.. and i agree besides being the wrong shade the red is definitely too bright..

yup, the lines are cut so perfectly, i tried 2 cut mine right and always end up with a fluffy piece of paper lol. oh well, stock ones are fine enough
