I beleive the fuel injected came with 122hp lol. And as far as power goes the fuel injection swap and a complete rebuild should definatly be the first things you do. After that you have a fair number of things you can do as far as bolt ons. For example Intake, Header, Exhaust, Cam gear, Cam shaft, B16/B18 intake manifold. You can probably do a F/I swap for like $200, maybe a little more if you go to a local pick an pull. Thats the best hp to cost ratio. Plus you cant do a CAI or a different intake manifold without it being f/i. You can also pick up a nice rebuild kit for around $300. So for around $500 you can have a rebuilt f/i motor pushing 122hp and then leave you with a number of bolt on options, thats if you can do the work yourself.
