This is what really sucks...

Then in April 2003 even though I meticulously maintained it, the auto transmission imploded sending schrapnel throughout the entire case. The cost of repair was almost as much as the car's value so I had to decide whether to keep it or not. I figured after 14 years other things were bound to fail soon so maybe it was time to move on... I do really miss it.

That is one clean ass car. The engine bay looks like new. Id have to say that the 3g Sei looks way better than that 93 SE.

Well, I'm not yet decided which ones I'll put on. I have the JDM ones, the JDM with folding covers and the ones you see on the picture.

I'mm fabricate the brackets and see what I like best.

I never have understood the bra thing. If a car bra is to protect the nose, you'll never see the paint anyway, as the moisture under the bra or the uneven fading will make it ultimately unattractive. And if a bra is supposed to make the car look .....better, how can a black ugly thing plastered all over the front of a car make it look better? That SE-i is a great looking car, ...except for the bra. Reminds me of women that wear a bra to sleep with, like what are they saving them for?

yeah that was back in the days....now they have like 3M stickers that go over that paint so it wont chip. i saw it on a benz and i liked the idea...its like a clear plastic and you cant tell its there only when you are upclose. i might put some on if i paint my car.

even that will ultimately cause paint to not fade, and other things, just like a standard bra would.

I put that 3m clear plactic/rubber type rock guard on my cell phone face lol it's working awsome... no scratches at all...

I don't mind the Bra thing I wouldn't do it to my car But I can see the appeal.

I'm definatly going with the 3m Clear stuff for my car... We have a window tint place that installs it across the street from me so if anyone needs some of it I'm sure I could buy it off him and send it to anyone interested.

I was talking to him earlier. He sold the car to his mechanic due to some transmission problems. The mechanic promised to keep it up, then sold it as soon as he had it running again. He says he never went back to that mechanic. Hopefully it went to someone who actually cared for it...
