I just ordered ST bars from summit, they're on backorder and it's going to be more than 2 months before they can get me a set.
    That's a long wait!

Holycrap 2 months! That seems like a sign that they will not be making them much longer. I did manage to get one side to quit rubbing, by loosening the bolts and using a pry bar to pull the bar down a little. I will do the other side when I install the new suspension.

legend, just drop the motherfucker down..extend the link a little.
yeah I'm crunk right now, I don't care. Yeayuh!
Why did you chose the ST over the addco? What should I get? Did you look into the vigor bar?

Another thing, I know I shold probably PM you about this instead, but what kind of gas mileage do you get? I'm really pissed that my b series gets worse than my a20. A lot worse. I can watch my gas gauge move, wtf. there's nothing wrong with my motor, I built that piece of shit myself.
Anoher thing, I improved my wheelhop problem a lot too, did I tell about about that? Softer mounts + repositioning=good..
Sorry to be off topic and shit, I'll post up on h-t about the mpg thing, I was just wondering.
    I also wonder what 1600cc injectors and a t4 twin scroll gt35r will do..lol

LOL, you must be blitzed. I will fix it when I install my full bodied coilovers. I went with the ST cause they are larger then stock, they come with poly bushings, and they are reasonably priced, also addco was/is not available. I haven't checked into the vigor bar. As for the gas milage, I have a very low thermostat and the car runs rich. In the winter I get 22-24, and in the summer I get 25-26. Sounds like you need a tune . I'm glad you got the wheel hop shit figured out, that gets incredibly annoying after a few launches.

REALLY REALLY shitty gas mileage, but fast car .

    Drink one for me

I would check out the 86 LX-i sway bar bracket, it is a more similar setup then the se-i bracket.

Performance endlinks? lol.. I dont see the point of those as far as performance goes, only if your swaybar is hitting something, and in that case I'd rather mock something up myself.

So it never goes into closed loop?
I would always run the stock thermostat, or close to it, for the reason that the engine is built (clearance wise) with that temperature in mind. A cooler block will decrease your piston/cylinder wall clearance, for example.

I guess I'll get the st bars, I don't know. I'll still look into it more, like maybe an st front and vigor rear bar (?) but I know the rubbing problem would be an easy fix regardless..

Re: ST sway bar is rubbing

I put the Vigor bar on my hatch with little effort. You have to shave the bushings a bit to get that huge sucker to bolt up but other than that no problems.

it gets warm enough to go into open loop, but just barely. I will get a stock one when this one needs to be replaced. I am on 10K with this motor and it's still running strong, so I think everything is good for now.
