the problem is that the cf skin (or w/e the hell it's called) that you're using is too big for the picture you're putting it on. you need to get a cf skin where it ends up looking real. or get a bigger picture.

I made my own CF, but I would rotate and then use perspective... not the other way around.
You need to just adjust the scale of the CF layer... it's too big.
Or your pattern could be off.

yep...see what i would do...is if you have a 600x800 pic, make a new file at 1600x1200 and fill a new transparent layer with the cf skin. then just click and drag it to the other file with the car pic. the pic should be substantially bigger than the original car pic. you can resize it with the scale option and if you hold the ctrl button while holding the resize handels on the corners you can do it in perspective. then use the twirl option like it says in the tutorial i gave ya guys. easy.
oh so make a new file i was just makeing a new lay of the same size

yeah see if you make the cf in the same file at the size the tutorial tells you to it comes out like yours. its the same problem that geddy was having. just make a new file and once youre done close it and dont save it. unless you want to so you dont have to do it again lol
but how do you turn the new file in to a layer? is there another websight with a how to
