What Ive been working on (56K No Way)

Well 3Geez, it has been a LONG time since ive posted on this forum. I still lurk around here from time to time, and i started the myspace group so im on there every now and then. My 3Gee died last year and i moved onto the Euro scene. I got a 98 Volvo S70. I recently moved to Orlando for school so money is tight, but I have managed to tune this car a bit. Anyways, this is what I have been working on. Let me know what yall think.
Old Car...no pics with my custom lip though

    Volvo... Faster than you think!

I think its called Brick racing.com but there is or was a website for the 740, 850, and S70 series Volvo. I love Volvo's be glad you have one.

Also im not sure if there is a website for the Evolve bodykits and engine mods.
I remember looking but not having any luck.

Re: What Ive been working on (56K No Way)

Wow, good to see you around. I miss your 3g. Thats a nice S70 though, one of the cleanest I've seen. It's good seeing somebody mod a Volvo every now and then. Did that car come with gold painted calipers or something? The reason why I ask is because when my brother was looking for a car, we looked at a Volvo 850 (brought it home for the night), and it had gold painted calipers too. That was a nice car (dark blue exterior, dark blue leather and wood, 5-speed). We didn't get it though because it had too many miles and the A/C compressor was turning on and off too frequently. Plus, my brother can't drive a stick.

Oh, and I see that you tinted your turn signals and back-up lights on the S70. Do you have any pictures of the signals lit up? I just want to see how bright they are because I think i'm going to do that to my car.

nice man. from the time i was a kid i've always had a liking for volvo's and their unique shape. they've always have had one. damn i didnt know your accord was dead. but nice to see you have something worth while and not some funky pos. i had always wanted a volvo, but its really not in my price range. hope you'll come back and visit often and keep us updated on your new car.

thanks for all the comments guys, its good to hear from everyone on here...
For those who care, i blew the transmission in the accord, and i ended up getting a killer deal on this Volvo.

Im a member on Volvospeed.com, they are pretty badass.
There is also TurboBricks.com and SwedeSpeed.com

Bullard your car is looking great! It has really come a long way.

and Toneloc5145, my corners arent tinted, they are Euro corners shipped over from sweden. Part of my tail lights are are tinted with Lexan "Window tint paint". You can find it at most hobby shops, its for tinting model cars windows and stuff.

Nice! Swedish power. Something about a tuned-up Volvo is so badass.

Of course I'm lazy. If I wanted to work on my car I'd have gotten a DSM
