    next bolt on

    well i got the SRI on the old LX chord im gunna get a full CAI when i have money next i think im gunna go for headers and upgrade the rest of the exhaust new hi flow cat too. after that ill see how it runs more then likely ill stop there since i have smog and dont have the money to convert to FI plus i havent found any Fi cars that are in as good as shape as mine hmmm can anybody give me an idea how she'll run with simple bolt ons like IHE

    you will love it. IHE is by far more rewarding than anything else youll do....at first hahaha.

    im gunna get the coated pacesetter headers and maybe an ebay test pipe till i can get a true hi flow cat just had her smoged so ill be ok for two years

    what kind of power do ya think she'll be putin out the engine in my car has been pampered driven by my mom since it was new so it has hardly been to redline before i got it anyway hehe

    The ebay headers come with a test pipe, at least mine did. Just use your stock cat when you do smog.

    well u say u have an lx i don't think a full cai is gonna benefit at all from it seeing as who the carbs like hot air and not cold it will prolly give u worse results than a short ram oh and id ike to see some pics of your set up

    yup headers would help also exhuast...you can also order a delta cam....im not sure if it will pass smog tho.

    heres what i use to have till it fell off on the freeway lol now its just a short ram which works really good this is an old pic bout a year old

    Can you close your hood with that civic airbox lid there. I know when I tried it, i had to push down on the hood with my body just to get the hood to close. It didnt seem safe to have all of that pressure on the hood latch, so i made the clear lid that i have now.

    EDIT: Nevermind, now that i look at it, i see that its not the original civic lid.

    ya it closes fine at first it was hitting but i went to home depo and baught some sheet metal and fitted it to the top it works good
