It looks like HONDA not sure what years though probably in the 80's I am guessing. JK man That does look badass though kinda reminds me of the old skylines in the front.

Try google? All that car needs is a different bumber, move the mirrors back and it will be good to go.

I don't know much about the square headlights 1gs, but here they are called "Accord 1800". Pretty much a real JDM model with power windows if I'm not mistaken

Yep there are a few pictures around of the JDM square-lamp set-up, I think it was only for top spec '81 models.
Though I'm still confused since this car has the chrome non-reinforced bumpers with integrated frt indicators & park lamps where his hatch has painted bumpers reinforced like the Nth American markets.
So glad Accords for our market never got that bonnet, though we only got those tail lamps 1980 & on -red indicators illegal in many markets.
& just noticed the short bumper end pieces -pre 1980 spec.
PS. All Accords '79 on went to Electronic ignition.
