I think we got a little anxious in the cutting and miscut one of the sections with the bend in it.
weld it back together. if you can.

I need a write up on the intake btw. Also how did you do the air breather bung on the piping.
Dude since I cut mine on weird angles just follow the one that frantik wrote up,IMO onece you make the the cut on the piece from the throttlebody just use your own judgement on the rest of the bends/cuts, since my bends were out of place thats the reason I moved the battery.

How much did everything cost make the intake? Oh, and I found a box at work to ship your downpipe! I'll ship it Monday on my day off!!
It was like $30. for the pipe another $10. for 3 of the couplers and I think the breather tube pipe was like $10. from pepboys. I reused my old air filter.

Did you get new gaskets for the header yet?
I got some from work but the downpipe one is'nt as heavy duty as yours so I going to order one from the dealer.
