I dont think that there is enough demand for turbo mainfilds for a company to decide to produce them. But i guess its worth a shot.

    Re: Turbo Monifold's

B20 has different Exhaust ports then A20

A20 and B20 intake ports are the same though.

It will be hard to find even 10 people to buy up manifolds.

A test model needs to be built first to get rid of any clearance issues

thanks for contacting the company and trying to make parts.

Ok.. i can tri to tolk him to make a regular HI-Flow monigold + turbo ones.
I realy dont think thet on an D16 Civic, is more space under the hood. They make those allready or too B18. So i think thet fitings will be ok.

    I setin up a vote...

    Re: Turbo Monifold's

Its a tough thing because we dont have the demand here to make it worth production unless one person takes the hit for the initial production. I went through this with the big brake kit and recently had head flanges made for my B20A so i can have a custom one off turbo manifold made somewhere down the road.

Plus there is someone making A20 turbo manifolds if im not mistaken.

If it were a good design i might be interested in a B20A one but i have someone lined up to make me a custom one when i can afford it.

The only other problem i see is that what are people going to do about downpipes? Justin makes a manifold and downpipe for $500 shipped, heres the one he made me https://www.3geez.com/forum/showthrea...552#post750552

lets not forget that you live in europe. the shipping to the US will kill any deal.
I like the style in the pictures, but it would be a lot cheaper if some one in the US made them.

there were advertised about 4 moths back on Sports compact. and from what i read. its fully CNC machined and targeted towards 4G63s. The only thing i dont like is the log style. But the fancy heat fins look cool and the wastegate is positioned where it should be.

Yes PPL... Heres whut he wright to me

we could possibly make a non-turbo manifold, we usually specialize in turbo accessories, but anything is possible. Keep in mind that if we are going to produce one manifold, the cost would be a lot greater than the cost of producing a volume.

Do you have a picture of the manifold you can send me so we can see the complexity of the manifold?

Now... Do any of you gues have a detaild pictuare of our stock monifold?

According to their website http://citek.dk//index.php?cPath=245_196 the manifolds are way too expensive. if you convert to US dollars they come out to around $865. If i had that kind money to spend on manifold i would buy this one in the US http://www.evolution-racing.com/store/exmanifold.htm
It is a lot cheaper even with shipping.

? we don't want to use the stock manifold... if we bolted a turbo to the stock manifold it would not fit.

Between the radiator, the front beam, and the engine that tilts forward there is not a lot of room.

Use the Mossleman turbo manifold design, that'll at least fit.

    Re: Turbo Monifold's

    hi,

well volume could be less than 50, but we dont want to be only sell like 2items. average price on a manifold is $600USD, its not cheap, but its billet and guaranteed for life.

things can still be done no worries

    we arent going anywhere.

what is the diff between european price and US price? the company is based in europe so all the prices are european. lets not forget shipping. i am sure it won't be light to ship that thing.
I am just saying for US and Canada guys, it is a lot easier to get things made in the US for half the price.
