1989 Honda Accord DX

i bought it at 67,318 miles in may 06 for just about $3000 (i think it was actually around $2800) in perfect condition. now it has 86,507 miles.

not much add-ons i just added two mini 30w speakers in the back (no rear speakers when bought). added fog lights, new radio, all black emblems, painted gas cap, replaced front bumber after accident (got off an 88 accord, was gold but i painted black to match back), and thats it everything else is stock for now.

but yeah im in love with my 3rd gen and i'm moving to germany for about 6-8 months in oct. and im leaving my accord back here in the states. but yeah i'd like to come back and get either an LX or LX-i coupe, or i just might do an engine swap because my CARB engine is crap. well glad to have found this site and to now be a member.

Looks good, and the miles. You should get the rust fixed on the rear quarter panel and the trim on the bumper is fading, get it all painted and it'll look very nice.

well when i return to the states its going to most deff be my project car. so this is just how it is now. =] thanks though. and yeah it has some LOW mileage on it. previous owner was an "elder" woman. lol. thanks again.

welcome to the site. you can always make it a project car just convert it over to fuel injection and maybe drop in a b18 or 16 while you are at it. the DX is the lightest car you can get since it does not have fancy electronics....so its going to be fast as hell...plus thoes low miles you will get most of your money back if you ever wanted to sell it.

Only a couple things I would change....I dont like the fogs....and those grill things where the horn covers are....have to go...and maybe repaint the fuel lid. XD. Besides that looking good, and yeah carb+auto = crap. but mine is auto T_T...at least its an lx-i though XD.

haha well having the grill things on there is better than nothing at all. but yet we are all entitled to our own opinion so i will let you have that. but yeah im going to do a full repaint when i get back, most likely white.
