New site skin

Hi, the new site looks spiffy but I really prefer the old theme. I see "night race (old style)" is still around.. is there a way "modern (old style)" could be added? The new theme does not respond well to resizing and night race is making me blind with all this white on black lol

the board is acting weird,it keeps timing out,and i posted in a thread only to have it time out, then twenty minuts later the post appeared. it's very slow. was acting this way before it changed too,took forever to load and kept timing out.

muhuhahaha lol i managed to apply the old modern style sheets onto night race so at least most of the colors are right

Is it necessary to cashier all the old styles? The design of the new one is fine, but the
main purpose of the site is to read stuff, and going down on the type size makes it uncomfortable for older eyes to read it. Nightrace is an option, but it's trading one kind of eyestrain for another. If the type would just go back to the old size I'd be happy.

it seems to be working a little better for me now, faster and whatnot.
i dig that it has the 'new post' link on top. and the 'new thread' thing on the side, that way to see new threads ya dont have to go thru all the new posts as well. kinda convenient.

i have mixed feelings about the new setup... text is harder to read, might not be a problem for you 19" plus monitor guys though. it was lagging really bad earlyer but seems to be doing fine now... wouldnt mind another older skin setup as the night race will make your eyes bleed after 10 minutes of use... but it does seem like there trying to step i nthe right direction so its good...

I had to log out to see just all what had been done to the site. Ive been on the night race for a while. I will have to look around the site to see just how I feel about all the changes. So far I have to say its a lil flashie.

Really liking the --Modern color scheme. It's clean, and I'm really glad the logo didn't keep the same beta font, this one looks nice.

well I feel a lot less of a nag now !! I am not the only one to think the white is just too straining. Ok to be clear I use another vbulletin forum, and it uses a white background, but uses the same font as this one did with modern no ads. I have no problem with the white,page that is not the issue really.
The precise issue I have with this white is everything disappears after a second of looking at it, for example the lines around the text area are just fading out along with the text looking like a printer cartridge running out of ink. I am at least glad this night race format is still around or I would not be able to participate in the forum at all.
