    1/2" may be a bit small. I have a 3/4" or a 5/8" return (i don't remember lol).
    try it see what it does hopefully you'll have good luck.

    edit: if you are running anything smaller than the 1/2" line there is no need to mess with anything else besides maybe cleaning out the exhaust housing. i can guarantee that is the problem.

    i rebuild the turbo today and put the new drain and it still pissing in the hot side of the turbo so i bought a turbo off egay to use for now it's a T3 T4 T04E Turbocharger
    .50 A/R Compressor, .63A/R Turbine here a pic of the pos

    That sucks I'm not much for turbos beyond my basic knowledge of how they work and my love for them...hehe But yeah, ive heard problems about the oil system for a lot of them stock and aftermarket....how much the Ebay turbo cost ya?

    It was $164.04 to my door for the turbo then i had to buy Steel FLANGE for the turbo and that was 20.49 to my door for a total of 184.53 i sent my old turbo to be rebuilt and i wont get that back for about 12weeks

    Well i got the new turbo today but the dam FLANGE did not come in so i put the turbo in and it was i tight fit as you can see in the pic's and i redid my oil pan to .
