i've heard lots of people complaining about those seatbelt lockers draining the battery. is there some sort of g sensor that activates them? i am glad i have the old fashiond simple seatbelts.

Don"t all coupes have the grab ya seatbelts? do they wrap around you with the key off? I would say a sensor in the seat, years of a lot of humidity would kill the reliablity of those I would think.
Sounds like the coil is going out too, you may want to check to see if the coil primary is geting juice with the key off, not supposed to.

naa these dont have the moveing seat belt track. just has lock up motors in the door panel.

i actully checked the coil last night everything checked out except the primary resitence between terminal A and D, sadly i think it mihgt be the ignitor

The starting problem is the main relay, they both went out on my civic and lude. My car had been doing this for a while, so I asked my local honda mechanic and showed me how to replace it.

Also it should be located under the drivers side dash

I'd say it were the rears that were on backwards. To me, sawblade wheels look better running "backwards"
