    Thumbs up New..

New to the car and the forum. I have a 1989 honda accord LX. Bought it last Saturday for 1500 dollars, and it came with a new battery, new muffler, new tires, new brakes, and 2 front new rotors. All that and it only has 81,7xx miles on it. It was a Staten Island car its whole life, and it shows. There are many scuffs along the bottom and minor dents. A few problems, the relay for the coolant fans to turn on is dead, i have the replacement waiting to go on, and the trunk latch is a little out of alinement, but other than that it's a very solid car, anyway... Pics anyone??

    Re: New..

Yea the car looks so clean because when i got it home, i clay bar'd it, body scrubbed it, put 2 coats of polish, and a coat of wax on it. From the way the clay was looking, and the way the paint looked, i could tell that there was no cleaning care ever done on the car. For plans on the car, since im only 17, and dont have money to mess around with, for right now my plans are fog lights, repaint the steel wheels black, and 10 minutes after I took those pictures, i put in a plug and play Sirius radio that i mounted on the passenger side of the dash and tucked the antenna under the pass. door sills through the seats, and into the trunk. But yea nothing special for the car as of now...
