Re: ordered innovative b series mounts

okay i just have a few questions wondering if anyone could answer for me please. Fist im swapping to efi cuz the car was carb so im pulling everything from the exi and putting it in my dx. I was wondering what needs to be changed to convert my heat controls from the slides to the push bottons?

Second is there any sensors or stuff the plugs into the b18 harness that i should pick up off my buddys integra or will i be able to use all the stuff from my exi with re wiring it to the b18?

I plan on cutting the plugs from the harness in his integra that goto the ecu to make myself a jumper to convert the exi harness to obd1

1st the whole dash/blower assembly etc. (can swap covers) The interior wiring harness.

second the engine should have all the sensors on it you need, therefore just require you to do wiring.

third go ahead. if you have no problems reading pinouts shouldnt be a problem.

the motor assembly should fit, but the power window motor rail/slider may not bolt up to the glass because the 2rd assemblys were longer than the 4dr due to side of glass. similar issue with my 88 hatch.

providing the motors are from another accord 86-89, the electrical should be plugin play for power windows.

I have the complete slides from a 2 door that had power windows so it shouldn't be a problem.

ok... #1 i really need to learn how to read, and write aparently... i dont even remember replying that... i must have been high @ the time or somthing.. lol

#2 i probably thought at the time you were going to use pw from a 4dr...into a 2dr or vis-versa... either way, ignore my idiocy...

the wiring itself should still plug into the motors from the front doors of the harness..

no worries guys. I might have gotten some info that they should ship next week at the latest. Please don't ask where the info is coming from, but it is a reputable source.

Please keep this thread up with all updates as I'm dying to actually see this done.

I spoke to someone directly at Innovative. This person has direct knowledge of the orders and their progress. He mentioned that they should/would ship next week.
