Ute is short for utility vehicle. Similar to a pickup but smaller, usually based on a car. The cool ones are based on Australian Fords and Holdens(GM)

The door panels are matched to the seats, which are matched to the center console. I would sell all three if you came here and swapped them out for your stuff.
