    new ca5 to 3geez

Whats up guys? A friend from nwp informed me of this site so I figured I'd check it out. Im picking up an 88 accord sedan monday that i got for a steal of a price. Hydrolocked motor and all, i only paid $250 for it. Its had one owner and was garage kept all of its life. No rust, dents scratches and the interior is flawless. It would have been a shame to see a gem like this go to the junk yard. So Monday when she gets here im gonna be taking some pics to post up for you all to drool over as i did.

How many miles? Automatic or manual? DX, LX, or LX-i?

A hydrolocked engine, but without any rust anywhere?

The guy is telling me he thinks it is hydro locked, but he has never even taken the head off of a car in his life. So im thinking it will end up being a way simpler problem. if i end up throwing another 250 into it to get it running im fine with that. more money saved for an H-series swap I wasnt gonna change the a20 but after thiinking about it, i just may.

Good luck with that swap. Also, if the car ends up cranking but not turning over, it's the main relay.

    Re: new ca5 to 3geez

so after doing my research, ive put together a small list of beginning mods for after the cars running. Looking into a 91-93 teggy front lip, 8000k HIDs, 15" Axis OG's, Form Function type 2 coilovers(if they fit), roof spoiler and a carbon creations oem style CF hood. Then on to the motor work. Im also looking into doing some vinyl work on the interior. Not sure what color or pattern yet. Im thinking about doing an ol' school VIP theme.

1986-1989 Integra lips fit and look better. They're bigger and don't require any cutting or modifying at all for that matter. Don't get cheap eBay HID's. Cool wheels, and the more low the better. You will probably have to look into getting a custom roof spoiler. Some people on here have an original set of carbon fiber hoods, look into it.
