I have a complete Canadian ET2 engine, with 2 sets of the (notoriously problematic) twin side draft carburettors. At one time, I was going to install that engine into my 82 hatch, but decided to install instead, uh, other things. Anyways, you can have the engine and both sets of carbs to play with for 200 bucks CDN. I payed 300 for the engine a few years ago and way too much for second set of carbs. I know most people complain about that setup, but the cylinder head is bombproof, no CVCC, good (for factory) valvesprings and camshaft, and the factory manifold is easily adaptable to any 1bbl side draft carburettor you choose (ie bike carbs!). Plus it should be somewhat emissions legal. Just go peel the VECI decal off of a prelude.
I'd just love to see someone actually tinker with and use this setup like I wanted to. BTW the parts are located in Rossland, BC, Canada.
