Hey Mike, how do you like that ebay air-bypass you have on the pass. side of the intake? I was thinking of getting one for my gf's intake but I didn't know if the cheap ones worked right or not. Any probs with it at all? To the fuel injected crowd: which is the most recommended CAI to mod: 90-93 teg, 94-97 accord, 90-93 accord (I found this one for about $30 shipped so I am leaning towards it)? The FAQ says all of them but I figure there is a preference.Originally Posted by Mike's89AccordLX

thats cool but yeah i dont really car about that i care about getting a short ram intake on my 1988 honda accord dx carb. thats why im asking about a short ram intake not star trek im not saying anything bad about star trek i just really would love for someone to give me some good info on where to get a civic air box i have searched these treads for days and google eaby everywhere i just cant find what im looking for im so frustrated. cuz i see all you guys have it and are talking about it like its hella easy to find but i cant seem to find it at all.
go to the junkyars and look at the civics like late 80s or early 90s not sure. and if any of them got the irbox u will se it. take it off and u have to modify it a lil i think . but yeah junkyard late 80s early nineties civic![]()
