i junked my se-i coupe

well my dad wanted to get rid of it and not sell it cus of fear sum1 might killthemselves in it lool cus in needed balljoints, tie rod ends, inner tie rods, shocks etc etc oh and axels
anyways i got a 5sp car now ftw! but it handles like sht compared to the se-i those cars were made to last.

I would have driven down there this weekend and taken the car off your hands on the spot for at least what the junkyard paid you. Hell, if you would have let me use a spot in the driveway, or even the side of the road, for about 4 hours I would have driven there with a one-way rental and a bucket of parts, then fixed it and driven it home the 500 miles and used it as my DD. Grrrrrrrr.....

BUT it was T boned a while back and i replaced the door and bolted a part from another coupe lol

It really blows that no one came and bought it, I remember you posting it sort of for sale before it went to the boneyard. I probably said so in that thread but I'd have gladly come and got it if you weren't ten million miles away.

yeah i had that same thing happen with an extra rx7 i had. i posted it up f/s cheap, no one said anything. a while later i mentioned how i'd carved it into little pieces with some friends and i really got flamed.


(that was a lot of fun though- after we cut it in half we ran up and down the street with someone in the back like it was a chariot!)

Vato I feel you my last 3 gee I personaly wenth at it with an axe and some power tool the yard in TJ gave me 350 us for it and it was sad but I did have the 3 gee that I drive know and like I said before most southern 3geez end up in Mexico thanks too the autoactions the roods and Junkyards hear are like gold mines.

That's because most people here already have a car they like. They won't be tempted to buy another one right away.

It's not because no one would buy your $2000 car that it's a reason to junk it.

However, if someone selling their car mentioned they would basically junk it for 150 bucks, I'm sure you would get tons of buyers for twice that price.

ok ok, I'm as sorry as anyone to know such a clean~ish SE-i just got junked, but I personally know I've junked 3 of the 3G's I've owned when they didn't need all that much to get running again and sell. Granted they were'nt SE-i's, but eh. We all have our reasons. I don't agree, many don't, but many do agree.
