My build thread. I'll update as I go along

Well I start my build thread. I'm going to reserve the next few post so I can add pics along the way and not have pages with different pics.

I purchased the LX-i for $2400 on 3/25/09 with 116xxx miles. Yes its steep but interior is 9/10 and exterior is 8/10. In my area its not easy to find a low mileage 3g thats in great shape so I jumped on it. I would've love to get a SE-i but none available.

With all my cars first thing I do is wheels and suspension. I'll try to keep up an updated list of what all I have done or waiting to receive parts to install. Dates may not be exact but with-in a week difference.

-April 7, 2009 Picked up Civic Si's. Also got 205/50/15 Falken Ziex 512's.
-April 10, 2009 Ordered Ksports Coilovers. Received on 4/28/09
-April 11, 2009 Bought 2nd Gen Adjustable UCA's from b20a86lude (waiting to receive them)
-April 11, 2009 Ebay Se-i tan armrest.
-April 13, 2009 Ordered Prothane bushing kit for entire front end Except for UCA (none made)
-April 19, 2009 Installed Yellow top Optima battery.
-April 24, 2009 Ordered new used front beam and radius rods.

Hopefully with some excursions to the Junkyard with LX-incredible or just myself I'll get these items done:
-5 speed swap w/integra internals
-Integra front lip
-2 gen manual tie rod rack
-SE-i rear disc brakes

I've got other things I have planned. I'll be adding and deleting parts as they're done. Not in order. If anyone knows where to get the hard to find parts please let me know.

-Fully built A20
-JDM Digi Dash
-JDM fogs
-Civic short shifter
-Sway bars

Heres some pics of what it'll look like once I mount the Si's. I'm waiting for my Prothane bushings and coilovers before I mount them up but you get the idea.

Way to call me back dude... Found 3 SE-is and a couple of 1g tegs with low miles. Also found the correct tie rods to use with the 2g rack.

Mint 4040 prop valve, cam, DA shifter and linkage, and a few other odds and ends.
You should grab the discs off one of those SE-is before they're gone.

I would grab a set but I haven't done any motor mods and have no need to slow down from high speeds right now. When my addco rear sway comes in I will give you my vigor rear sway for free....We'll have to meet up sometime and compare notes.

I haven't done anything motor wise but i will be. The stock brakes actually work pretty well. I'd definitly would take the the vigor bar off your hands! That new bar should work great. We'll get a meet together and hang out.

No, it's actually pretty dinky... Just grabbed it to figure out how I want to do the b linkage.

There weren't long enough. I had to weld a 1" extension on to each tie rod end. It works just fine, but if I wear out a ball joint, I'll have to weld another up... it's just less of a pain not having to mess with it.

84-87 CRX tie rods/rack ends appear to be the perfect length to use with the 2g rack. I have a set on order and will let you know when I confirm this...
