    Wheel identification ??????

Well the other day I was walking and I passed by a wheel shop that’s near my house. One of the rims caught my eye so I went in and asked the price was for the set and the guy said $200 bucks and I think to my self that’s to much. So I went home. When I was on my way to school I passed by there again and I offered the guy $150 and he said ok, so I got them. The only problem was that all of the rims except for one had been restored.
By restored I mean that all of them were polished and painted except for one. They look really good with the 3 rd gen accord because they have that old school style to them. One thing that I didn’t like was the size they are 14’s but I still got them. They have a name "VIRL" on them but I have never heard of the company. It also says that it was made in France. I took some pics today. I was hoping that someone new what car they came from or if they new something about them.

and this is what they look on the accord

there's a fat line between outside the box and ugly, and those rims cleared that line.

seriously, that mustard yellow combined with the blue paint and orange corner lenses just rapes my eyes. guess i'll have to see them with the rubber on to form an honest opinion.

Nice nice wheels, kinda small though. But I do kinda agree with jon about the colour combo. However I don't think its as bad as he thinks lol.

I like them, and I don't think the color even looks bad. 14's are cool though, tires are cheap.

fyi. if you ask any art person he or she will tell you that the color orange/yellow and blue are perfectly across from each other on the color reel. Which combined in a picture or structure makes a simultaneos contrast.

    here's a link for ya

Now all that you have to do is go to Big O and get some rubber mounted up and take some pics with them on your car. Not discount tire, not Les Schwab, Big O.

I need to see them with rubber before I form an opinion, but as of right now the look good, but kinda remind me of the rims on my grandparents caravan, I wonder if I have a pic of those around here somewhere.
