Even he admitted, "Your is like a Cadillac compared to mine. It's those little difference that nag at you, like all my buttons did something, his were just plates. My brakes filled up the Del Sol wheels I had completely. He had them for a while, and even they dwarfed his brakes.
Think about all this other little stuff, other than the weight for a second:
CX/DX have tiny brakes. Even 14's make them look little.
CX/DX in white, will have a blue dash/interior.
It will not have swaybar mounting points.
Nothing will be wired up, except tach, which you still need from an EX.
Even if you stay SOHC, and do a VTEC head, you will STILL need to replace the transmission. DX is long, and CX super long, and will top out 120+ in only 3rd gear. Still needs a Z6/Y8 tranny.
Look on honda-tech....hell, by the time they've finished they're EG hatches, they've put a whole EX coupe into it. Black dash, tach cluster, power doors, brakes, ect. I'm just opening your eyes, in the Civic world.
