the compression numbers you posted are fine , spec is 180 psi. putting oil into the cylinder even with good rings will raise the compression a bit.
i think the engine is fine as far as that goes.

After looking at many different stores I have figured that it's just one big caliper company that is making them all and the brand's are different.
The cam is pushing it.
Glad to hear it!
Always ran Chevron Supreme 94
Two weeks?? Hot damn I wish! I still have part's to buy though and lot's modify haha.
Thanks for the comment's fellas.
Lucky? It costs $1.50 a litre, how is that lucky! Even when I finish I won't be able to afford to drive it hah.
I've decided against getting the bisimoto valvetrain.
That is tdc, I don't think that all your valves will ever be closed at one time.. please correct me if I am wrong but even if they are it would be for a very minute time.
Update:
Gasket outline, and cut all the major bits off:
Cleaning it up, I didn't want all that extra crap
Masking to sandblast it(I have one at work, and it was a great way to make the metal look uniform again)
Blasted and onto painting:
Some high heat clear to protect it
Cleaned up the block/head(took a while), ARP head studs and Honda oem head gasket

Had to get rid of some material from the head intake side(to best mate with the manifold)
Pretty well finished manifold, came out clean
It was a lot of work but I'm glad I went to the trouble. I didn't want to have some hacked up manifold.
Thanks man.
So I am going to go a different route for the catch can setup by cleaning things up.
I had a choice between a 25mm or a 28mm, the hole is pretty much 26mm, so I took the 25mm and put it in the vise with a socket to spread it out enough. Bam, plugged.
So much more space behind there now!
Catch can I have to modify:
I have to work out my gauge's so I can get started on wiring and cleaning up the harness.
glad to see progress.
un-motivated!
someone make me an offer i just could not say no to.

damn that engine is clean! look good man
Awesome work, it's members like you that keep me motivated.
Keep it up
Much thank's coming from you Pico! I hope your hatch is working out for you.
There's a lot more in store for this little hatch yetIt's just getting all the time to do it.. heh since just about everything is custom it takes a lot of patience to get all the work done.
Put another line in for the vc, tap a hole for a vent in the catch can and add a drain. I'll also chop off that oil pipe one the pan and weld it up.
