    anyone recognize these wheels?

I spotted these on a 'yoda, I kind of like the style, it had that old 80's look to it, I think with some argent silver and maby some beauty rings they would look very old school. does anyone know if they are factory, and what kind of yoda this is or what year?

just found them, 96 corrola they look straight out of the 70's and eighties not for a modern car at all. 4x100 5.5 rims 14 inch and front wheel drive offset. I didn't know any modern cars had slotted steelies. thats a very old school look. need some beauty rings and honda centers is all.

possibly if my financial situation ever improves, they should be dirt cheap, a little argent silver, thats an old school silver, and i have a brand new set of beauty rings never opened, for 14 inch wheels. I already have center caps.

it's an old school silver, it was invented in the 50's but was used a lot in the 70's and 80's. Honda had silver steelies back in the day with an almost identical color.

if he has a corrola he sells steelies for ten bucks apiece. scrap steel price. I'm old enough to remember people racing civics in the late seventies, But i never knew they got them that fast.

this looks to be the best option, i need to get wheels and tires on this car so i can roll it out of the garage to work on it, I can get them from Bivens here for 10 bucks apiece possibly with decent enough tires to move the car around. a little of that argent silver and the beauty rings, and they will look like vintage honda wheels.

    Re: anyone recognize these wheels?

I looked today and there was hardly a wheel on anything at the yard, saw a corrola gt with the rare 4/100 wheels, but two of them were gone. there's probably a car sitting on them somewhere. They will get some eventually, i won't have any money until the middle of the month anyway. There are probably 9934884775664 toy-yoda's on the road with those wheels.

    Re: anyone recognize these wheels?

I'll have a little money next week, so i put a posting on craigslist for a set of them for 40 bucks, i need to get the car rolling so i can clean out the garage, and be able to work on it. I kept having to steal wheels for the civic, since my wife likes to ruin them. With all the crap i've been through and everything I have had to sacrifice or sell for this dysfunctional family, I deserve something.

    Re: anyone recognize these wheels?

I looked at the yard to see who had them, and no one does, it seems all the Camrys are going across the border to Mexico, even non running ones. At least thats what several people at the junkyards told me, there is one yard in Albany that has a 97 geo prism, same car, different name, with steelies, I checked on the net, and same wheels. I'll look Tuesday. who knew steel Yoda wheels would be so hard to find?

well you looking for wheels that are from a 1996 rolla so chances are slim unless bought online since they are like 14 years old

it looks like the ones he has on the geo prism are identical,it's just a rebadged corolla , the yard here has about ten of these cars, but not a wheel in the yard, usually steel wheels aren't much in demand. I just think when they are painted with the rings and H center caps, they will have that old school look i've been searching for , when these cars were new, painted rims with beauty rings were in style, so it suits the car
