The Louvers Have Arrived...

Here we go. I bought these louvers sight unseen and had no idea how they were going to look. Well I must say that Im pleased with the appearance, they look kinda hard, but slightly surprised by the [lack of] quality. They couldnt even use good paint to finish them off. Luckily sheet metal is my forte and I'll spruce them up to out last the car. The fit isnt the best either but again I can work on that, a twist here and a tweek there and they will have a great fit. So whats up? Thoughts?



The louvers are just lying on the hatch. I havent attached them at all, thats where the sag comes from. I wanted to get some pics up as soon as I could.

They ran $290.00 including shipping. and yeah, I will keep them black. Im gonna spray them myself after I beef 'em up abit. Im not going to install until after I get the car painted.

thats the way they looked in the eighties, just the style back then, I've even seen Ferraris with tall louvers like that then.
